Dir, Services Operations

As the Director of Services Operations at Zivaro, Janelle Sheely drives both strategy development and tactical initiatives around customer satisfaction and improving business delivery excellence for the Services organization. Janelle is responsible for systems and process planning, design, implementation, and execution. She ensures smooth day-to-day operations of the services team and its touchpoints to internal and external customers.

Janelle held within Zivaro a number of roles over her 9 years prior to her current position, including proposal management, quality management, and business analysis.

She has a BS in Business Administration from Colorado State University and has worked in the IT consulting industry for over 15 years.

Janelle is also the founder and part of the leadership team of Zivaro’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Group.
