COVID-19 Update from Zivaro
From Greg Byles, CEO of Zivaro
The potential global impact of COVID-19 on families and businesses is becoming more real and personal every day. Zivaro’s leadership team continues to meet regularly to monitor the situation and direct our approach to the current crisis. I would like to take a moment to share with you how we are protecting our employees, customers, and partners.
Zivaro has been paying close attention and following guidance on COVID-19 to lead our response from both local and national health organizations such as: the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO). Our commitment to you is that we will place the security and health of your organization at the highest priority.
We are taking every precaution to protect our employees, their families, and our clients by minimizing human contact wherever possible and maximizing good hygiene. Our offices are currently open and travel is now evaluated to ensure we balance performance of our delivery requirements against any risk to our clients or employees. Zivaro is committed to continuing to provide services to our customers without interruption within the bounds you place on us, whether that be to continue on site support or via remote operations.
Due to the nature of the clientele we serve, Zivaro takes Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) seriously. As such, our BCP procedures for our own continuity of operations include the ability for all employees to work from home, complete with Virtual Private Network (VPN) and Multi-Factor Authorization (MFA).
Our management team will continue to monitor the situation and remain in contact with our clients and partners. We will immediately make you aware of any potential disruptions or delays that could impact our product or service delivery. We are in constant communications with our manufacturers and distributors to enable near real time status to changes in the supply chain, delays in shipping, customs, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Should COVID-19 conditions become more severe and impactful, Zivaro leadership is poised to quickly respond to changing dynamics, thereby minimizing impacts to our business and disruptions to our customers and partners.
