Thomas De Angelis

In his role as Chief Revenue Officer, Tom De Angelis oversees all lines of business at Zivaro, to include contracts, business development and capture, sales, sales operations, solutions, and each of the services delivery areas. As an individual who has led operational teams, services delivery organizations, sales organizations, and been a management consultant, Tom brings a unique blend of experience that enables not just the creation of strategy but the ability to lead organizations to execute in delivering value to agency missions and business needs.

Prior to Zivaro, Tom led the consulting practice of Oracle Corporation’s National Security Group responsible for all classified clients in the western United States. Before Oracle, Tom served as a management consultant to senior executives in the Intelligence Community as well as led practice of management consultants at Fort Meade, Maryland. Prior to joining private industry, Tom served seven years on active duty in the Air Force as a communications officer in various areas of operational technology management. Tom is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree, and he holds an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park.

Tom is married to Dr. Karin De Angelis, a professor at the United States Air Force Academy, and they have two children, Luca and Ana. Outside of Zivaro, Tom can be found in a cold ice rink for hockey or figure skating practice, or coaching youth soccer teams.
