AFCEA Defensive Cyber Operations Symposium (DCOS) #AFCEAcyber
April 20-22, 2016 – Washington, D.C.
More than 4,000 attendees are expected at AFCEA DCOS. The theme of this year’s symposium is “Rethinking How We Build the Networks: Synchronizing Industry and DOD for Internet 2.0.” Speakers include experts from the Defense Information Systems Agency, USCYBERCOM, the DoD CIO office, combatant commands, DOD agencies, industry, academia and the military services. National Laboratories Information Technology (NLIT) Summit #NLIT2016
May 1-4, 2016 – Albuquerque, NM
This event is sponsored by the NLIT Society, which encourages the exchange of best practices and ideas between IT professionals within the Department of Energy (DOE), along with strengthening the DOE’s IT infrastructure and reducing laboratory costs. The Summit includes presentations, Community of Interest Network (COIN) collaboration sessions, panel discussions, tutorials and technology demonstrations. Visit GTRI in booth 309.
Colorado Governors Association of Information Technology (CGAIT) Spring Conference
May 2-4, 2016 – Aspen, CO
CGAIT promotes advances in information technology in order to facilitate networking, collaboration, cooperation and education among government information technology leaders in Colorado. GTRI’s Taylor Williams, Big Data Engineer, will present “Using Data-driven Analytics to Simplify Service Monitoring” on May 3 at 1 p.m. His session will focus on new approaches that government agencies can implement to increase visibility into their entire IT environment, allowing them to track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor high-level service health and perform deep-dive troubleshooting. Additionally, you can visit GTRI in booth 7.
