Throughout the year, GTRI surveys dozens of customers to make sure we are delivering quality products and services. We have several types of surveys including a general satisfaction survey sent both annually and ad hoc, triggered by an event such as a first order or a certain order size. We also survey our professional services customers at the end of every project, and our managed services customers are asked to complete a survey every quarter.
If you receive a survey from us, you can be assured of two things. One, your feedback is very much appreciated and is acted on, especially if you suggest areas for improvement. Our management team reviews surveys at least quarterly. In addition, a low score survey is assigned to our ISO Quality team to follow up with management to resolve, and our executives are notified. Everyone in our organization is committed to ensuring the highest customer service level!
The second thing you should know about our surveys is that any commercial (non-Federal) customer who completes a survey is entered into a quarterly drawing (regardless of how you rate us, of course). In 2013, our third quarter winner was Mark Church of Colorado Interactive in Denver, CO, and our fourth quarter winner was Mark Naus of Sheridan College in Sheridan, WY. Both received a $250 Apple Store gift card!
