(GTRI), an award-winning IT consulting services firm, today announced it has appointed Sean Mares to the role of vice president of enterprise sales and operations. In this role, Mares will be responsible for leading the enterprise, mid-market and State and Local and Education (SLED) sales teams and managing resources to drive profitable growth.
Mares brings more than 20 years of technical sales, partner management and sales team management experience from leading companies including NetApp and Long View. He has a solid track record of developing, implementing and executing sales growth strategies and has consistently outperformed sales goals. Mares also brings direct experience in customer service, partner development and finance to his new role at GTRI.
