Trust, ingenuity and diligence. These three qualities held center court at the HealthLeaders Media CEO Exchange, September 21-23 in Virginia. During breakout sessions and panels, healthcare leaders from around the country explored various aspects of these qualities and how they relate to the challenges facing healthcare organizations.
GTRI was a sponsor of the event and facilitated a panel on Thursday. Greg Byles, GTRI CEO, and myself led the panel. We looked at:
- TRUST and how it drives key relationships that make a health network successful.
- INGENUITY and why it is vital to the digitization of healthcare, to improving outcomes, and demonstrating value.
- DILIGENCE and why it is important when pursuing technology solutions to eliminate waste, variation, and inappropriate utilization.
GTRI has partnered with a number of healthcare organizations including Denver Health and Hospitals, Children’s Hospital Colorado, Centura Health, University of Maryland Medical System and the Veterans Administration, among others.
This year, GTRI launched a Healthcare Advisory Committee that meets quarterly to discuss clinical, operational and financial challenges facing healthcare providers.
We’d love to hear about your innovations, new solutions, and any interest in co-developing tools to integrate disparate parts of the healthcare continuum. Leave a comment below or contact me on Twitter.
