The 2016 Colorado Government Association of Information Technology (CGAIT) Spring Conference is May 2-4 in Aspen, CO. CGAIT promotes advances in information technology that facilitate networking, collaboration, cooperation and education among government information technology (IT) leaders in Colorado and holds conferences throughout the year to support their mission.

On Tuesday, May 3 at 1 p.m., GTRI’s Taylor Williams, Big Data Engineer, will present “Using Data-driven Analytics to Simplify Service Monitoring.”

The session will focus on new big data approaches that agencies can implement to increase visibility into their entire IT environment, allowing them to track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor high-level service health and perform deep-dive troubleshooting. Taylor will share examples of how IT organizations are providing operational insight, infrastructure-wide views across physical and virtual infrastructures, and monitoring key business processes for more productive IT service and increased operational intelligence.

If you’re attending CGAIT, be sure to join Taylor’s session and visit GTRI in booth 7 in the exhibitor’s area.

Teresa Kloser is the Director of Marketing at GTRI.
