Todd Panella is a luminary in operations and technology management, focusing on the advancement of enterprise organizations with IT infrastructure and data center solutions, as well as customer service, strategic analysis and journey mapping. A veteran member of the GTRI, now Zivaro leadership team, Todd has built and maintains long-term client relationships and manages cross-functional teams to ensure that expectations are not only met but surpassed.
Before his tenure at GTRI, now Zivaro, Todd served as Treasurer for CHIMSS, the Colorado Chapter of HIMSS, the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society. He also worked in consultative, supervisory and technical operations roles at Dell, the Children’s Hospital of Colorado, DaVita, and Gambro Healthcare.
Todd’s performance, leadership and illumination have built the foundation for his promotion to Chief Operations Officer of GTRI, now Zivaro.
Todd will now provide the leadership, management, and vision needed to ensure GTRI, now Zivaro has the essential operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to broaden the organization and provide financial strength and operating efficiency.
