Denver, Colo. – April 19, 2016 – Global Technology Resources, Inc. (GTRI), today announced the appointment of Patricia Moscarelli to executive vice president of operations. Reporting directly to the CEO of GTRI, Greg Byles, Moscarelli will take on the responsibilities of operations leadership, partner relations, IT operations and strategic planning for the company.
Moscarelli brings more than 25 years of experience aligning strategic objectives and driving business growth to the position of GTRI’s Executive Vice President of Operations. Over the course of her career, Moscarelli has held executive-level positions at both public and private companies including AIMCO, Fiserv and JD Edwards (acquired by Oracle).
While serving as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President at AIMCO, a one billion public real estate investment trust, Moscarelli was responsible for IT strategy and aligning business and technology objectives across the enterprise. She also held an Executive Vice President Product Operations position for Fiserv Insurance Solutions, a publicly traded company with six billion in revenue that focused on financial services transaction processing. As part of the leadership team at Fiserv, Moscarelli was responsible for the management and operations of the services organization overseeing more than 350 people.

As Executive Vice President of Operations at GTRI, Moscarelli will work with GTRI’s senior management team on overall company operations and strategy, with an emphasis on strategic analysis and planning. Moscarelli also will provide programmatic leadership and input for all strategic plan implementation processes. Among other responsibilities, she will cultivate relationships with partners and external constituents to build alliances in the business community.
