The new unit comes on the heels of GTRI’s recent acquisition of Kestrel Consulting, a Portland-based firm with clients across government and commercial industries in Europe, Asia and North and South America. Monty LeBlanc, the founder of Kestrel Consulting and an internationally recognized expert in business and information systems management, will head the new GTRI unit.
