Tyler Mathis

Director of Sales Operations

As the Director of Sales Operations at Zivaro, Tyler, and the Sales Operations team, work to optimize both sales strategy and operational efficiencies around customer satisfaction and sales processes to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers and sales teams. Tyler is responsible for the CRM platform operability, vendor strategy, and management of our Sales Operations Team, which covers Federal, Enterprise, and SLED accounts. One of his primary objectives is to ensure seamless interactions within all Zivaro’s operations teams to allow for quick issue resolution and team preparedness.

Tyler has held a variety of roles within Zivaro over his 12-year tenure including federal contract specialist, program manager, contract sales manager, and inside account manager.

He has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and has worked in Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations for the past 15 years.

Outside of work, Tyler can be found hiking, skiing, or enjoying nature with his wife and two children.
