Cancellation and Return Policy

Payment and pricing guidelines. 

All sales are final. Shipments are COD unless an open credit account has been approved and terms established. We accept all forms of credit cards. Please note that pricing is subject to change without notice.

Shipping policy.

At Zivaro, we understand the urgency of IT solutions. Hence, we work with extensive inventories from various vendor partners to ensure you have an uninterrupted supply. We use Federal Express, Airborne Express, and UPS as primary shipping partners. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice unless agreed otherwise.

Warranty coverage. 

Zivaro forwards all manufacturer warranties to end-users and provides assistance with any warranty issues. Please note that warranty starts from the invoice date from the distributor or manufacturer to Zivaro. No additional warranty is offered beyond the manufacturers’ policies.

Cancellation and return procedure.

All sales are final; cancellation or return requests depend on Zivaro and/or manufacturer & distributor approval. Requests must be made within 30 days of the Zivaro invoice date. Products must be in new and unopened condition. Please get in touch with your sales representative to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and get shipping instructions.

Product return procedures post RMA issuance.

Please ensure products are shipped freight prepaid and identified with our assigned RMA number or the manufacturer’s assigned RMA number and label. The product must be received within 30 days of RMA issuance.

General guidelines for product returns.

We offer three types of product returns: General Returns or Stock Rotation, Defective or DOA Products, and Freight Damaged Returns. Please refer to the specific policies for each type to understand the procedures and conditions.

Refusals.

Refusals might incur a 15% restocking fee plus the difference between the current market cost and cost at invoice date, in addition to all freight and insurance charges.
