Carolina Palacios

Dir of Contracts

As Zivaro’s Director of Contracts, Carolina Palacios supports the organization as the lead negotiator for all agreements with our customers and suppliers. With the support of her team, she also maintains the company’s compliance with required registration and contract reporting for our highly regulated commercial, SLED, and federal government customers.

Carolina brings over 15 years of contract negotiation and procurement experience with a background in capture, proposal management, and day-to-day program management/contract monitoring. Prior to joining the Zivaro team, Carolina managed contracts totaling over $300M in services, materials, and construction with performance in over 85 countries.

Carolina graduated cum laude from Trinity University, with a B.A in Political Science and History.

Outside of Zivaro, Carolina enjoys time with her daughter and rescue dogs.
