Cliff Flowers

EVP & CSO

As the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, Cliff Flowers is responsible for leading the strategy for Zivaro’s solutions to Federal Programs, Healthcare, Finance, State and Local Governments, and Education industries.

In this role, Cliff and his team directly support Zivaro’s customers in identifying IT, business, and mission solutions that best support their requirements today, but also position their infrastructure for the future. His team’s strategic and technical expertise, commitment to excellence, and customer-first attitude uniquely position Zivaro in the market as a system integrator.

Cliff brings over 23 years of experience to Zivaro, previously working at Lockheed Martin as a Program Manager leading a team supporting missile warning, air, space, and missile defense missions for the Department of Defense. Before his ten years at Lockheed Martin, Cliff was an Air Force Communications Officer serving at various locations worldwide and was deployed to the Middle East supporting Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM.

Cliff earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Behavioral Sciences from the United States Air Force Academy in 2000, a Master of Science in Management from Troy State University in 2003 and a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Denver in 2012. Cliff met his wife, Dara, while serving in the Air Force, and they have two sons, Carson and Cooper.
