Denver, Colo. – January 23, 2013 – Global Technology Resources, Inc. (GTRI) announces that Eric Toler, the former chief financial officer of T3Media, Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based video management and licensing services, has joined the Denver-based technology firm.
Team members distinguish Eric by his “relentless focus on quality and operational excellence, combined with a sharp understanding of business modeling and corporate strategies. These attributes have been the hallmarks of Eric’s career and why he is such a perfect fit for GTRI,” states Glenn Smith, COO, GTRI.
Eric will be responsible for all financial operations, accounting, budgeting, banking, corporate governance and M&A activities at GTRI.
Eric has over seventeen years of business consulting and executive leadership experience with other leading technology-based companies at companies such as Carefx Corporation, Core3, Inc., and Koch Ventures.
Eric has an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and did his undergraduate work at Dartmouth College.
