Denver, Colo. – March 11, 2013 – Global Technology Resources, Inc. (GTRI) announced that it has received the 2013 Lockheed Martin Space System Company Certificate of Excellence. This award was a result of the successful execution and delivery of the first phase of a Cisco Unified Communications and Unified Messaging solution serving 35,000 end users nationwide. This contract is currently in the first year of a five-year agreement.

The new system is a state-of-the art, highly-reliable SIP Enterprise telephony solution allowing for a phased migration from a legacy decentralized TDM model to a centralized SIP-based call control solution, while also giving the option to seamlessly integrate with Lockheed Martin’s video strategy as a productivity-enhancing collaboration portfolio. The overall solution includes system architecture and development, readiness assessments at over 10 sites, hardware procurement and supply chain services, implementation, testing, and training.
GTRI is currently one of only six Cisco partners in the country who hold four major Cisco specializations; Master Unified Communications, Master Security, Master Cloud Builder, and Master Managed Services.
