Denver, Colo. – September 30, 2007 – Global Technology Resources, Inc’s (GTRI’s) Utah Consulting Solutions Engineer out of their Salt Lake City Office was selected for the Q4 TSS Regional Win for Rockies Commercial by Cisco Systems. This award recognizes acheivement in the development of an advanced customer solution and is competed among Cisco partners that maintain qualified TSS pre-sales engineers on staff.
GTRI’s lead TSS engineer, along with the account management team and engineering team used their expertise to design and implement a complete Cisco Security solution for a prominent healthcare provider.
The solution included a broad spectrum of network and system security elements coupled with GTRI’s design, deployment and operations strategy. Endpoint monitoring, host and perimeter security, intrustion prevention, and user-authentication/validation were all elements incorporated into the final solution.
GTRI utilized its privately-developed project delivery frame work to ensure project success. The framework always begins with a dedicated Pre-sales engineering engagement used to really disect the client’s requirements from both a business and technical perspective. The process then continues to involve other dedicated resources who have the experience needed for other facets of successful project execution; configuration, ordering, logisitics, customer service, implementation, training and operations.
