Denver, CO, May 1st, 2020 – Zivaro Inc, recently announced its partnership with Hire Heroes to support the organization’s mission of providing job search assistance to US military members, veterans, and their spouses.
Many Zivaro team members are military veterans, and as a company, Zivaro provides critical IT services to federal organizations, including branches of the US military and Department of Defense (DoD). Hire Heroes is our nation’s most impactful veteran employment nonprofit, and to date, the organization has successfully placed more than 43,000 individuals in jobs and has over 800 volunteers.
The partnership aligns with Zivaro’s overall goals and mission as an IT integrator supporting regulated markets and our nation’s mission-critical systems. Given the company’s history in providing technologies and solutions for military and government contracts, and the high percentage of military veterans on staff, supporting Hire Heroes hits at the core of what Zivaro hopes to achieve in terms of philanthropic pursuits.
Zivaro’s partnership with Hire Heroes also corresponds to the IT integrator’s internal objectives and their 2020 strategic framework that includes the goal of establishing a culture-based workforce to reinforce the company values of teamwork, integrity, passion, and accountability.
Hire Heroes’ team of Veteran Transition Specialists assist more than 300 transitioning military members, veterans, and spouses each week. Most of their work is completed virtually through telephone and online career coaching to help clients identify transferable skills, create professional business resumes, and learn job search techniques. Hire Heroes’ personalized approach to career coaching is nationally recognized as a best-in-class model.
