GTRI proudly holds an ISO 9001:2008 quality certification. What does this mean to our customers? By following the standards laid out by the International Standardization Organization (ISO) for a Quality Management System (QMS), we demonstrate our commitment to continual process improvement, and to exceeding our customers’ requirements and expectations.

In order to maintain our certification and improve our QMS, GTRI participates in a continuing certification process. This process includes an annual internal audit of our QMS, as well as an annual external audit by an accredited ISO Registrar. To make sure we stay on track during the year, we conduct quarterly management reviews as well as quarterly customer satisfaction survey reviews.

But it doesn’t stop there. We make sure that this passion for quality is demonstrated in everything we do and involves everyone at GTRI. One way we help employees keep quality in mind is by reminding them that customer service is the STAR of the show!
