GTRI was recently recognized for two honors by The Channel Company’s CRN. We were named to CRN’s 2014 Solution Provider 500 (SP500) list, which ranks the top revenue-generating technology integrators in the U.S. and Canada. GTRI came in at number 84 on the list, marking the second year in a row in the Top 100.
The list spans eight categories from hardware and software sales, to managed IT services. Robert Faletra, CEO of The Channel Company, says the list represents those companies that truly understand the needs of customers today as the IT landscape evolves.
“With so many options, this list has become an invaluable resource for vendors working hard to navigate the solution provider community and identify the best partner for their business,” Faletra says.
In addition to the SP500, Barbara Beckner, GTRI’s vice president of federal programs, was named to CRN’s Women of the Channel list for 2014. The list highlights the accomplishments of female executives within vendor, distribution and solution provider organizations, and the impact they are having on the advancement of the information technology (IT) channel industry as a whole.
Under Beckner’s leadership, the federal programs team at GTRI has developed and secured a number of prime federal contracts, including the single largest federal contract ever awarded to GTRI, valued at $100M. This opportunity will enhance GTRI’s strategic solutions to transform the business models used by GTRI’s federal customers.
