To ensure we are delivering on our promise of quality , GTRI requests customer satisfaction surveys on a quarterly basis, at the end of a project, and ad hoc. The feedback we receive is very much appreciated and is reviewed by the management team and acted on as needed.

surveyWe know our customers’ time is valuable, so to thank them for taking time to answer a survey, we hold a quarterly drawing for a $250 Apple Store gift card. Any commercial (non-Federal) customer who completes a survey is entered into the drawing, and if the winner is unable to accept the gift card they just need to let us know so another name can be drawn.

So how are we doing? For the first quarter of 2014, our overall customer satisfaction score was 90.8% with a goal of 92%. This means our customers gave us an average score of 4.55 out of a possible 5. One customer gave us a “perfect score” on all survey elements.  Our Vice President reviewed the survey results with the project team to find out exactly what they did, and shared the information with the entire team so we can repeat the success!
